What is Takoyaki?
Osaka in Japan is the famous city, for this food.
Takoyaki is a kind of dumpling having diced octopus inside.

How to cook takoyaki
  1. Dissolve wheat flour and an egg with water.
  2. Dice octopuses finely, boil them.
  3. Heat the takoyaki pan and pour (1) to it.
  4. Put (2) into square takoyaki pan . And add pickled ginger, tenkasu, and to dried small shrimp and leek quickly.
  5. If the bottom of takoyaki becomes brown, turn over takoyaki with the eyeleteer.When the opposite side becomes brown turn over takoyaki again. Turn over again and again until it becomes round.
